Order Processing Times
Most orders ship within 2 business days when submitted by 12pm CDT. We ship Monday through Friday.
Expedited Shipping
For UPS Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping, orders must be placed by 12pm CDT to ship the same day. Please keep in mind that these services do not deliver on weekends, and Saturday and Sunday do not count toward the transit time.
Large Orders
For exceptionally large orders, same day processing may not be feasible even if the order is placed before the noon cutoff. These shipments often require additional preparation to ensure items are packed securely. If your order requires extra handling time, we will contact you after you place your order to provide a specific shipping estimate.
Choosing Between USPS and UPS
When selecting a carrier, please consider your timeline. UPS offers reliable tracking and faster transit for time sensitive needs.
If you are looking for a budget friendly option, we provide USPS Ground Advantage. However, please note that this service often experiences limited tracking updates and slower delivery windows that can exceed 10 to 12 business days. We suggest using UPS if speed and visibility are important for your delivery.
- For shipping, we need to be able to offer USPS, UPS Ground and UPS 2 and overnight. I think zones is probably way to go but not sure how much Shipstation helps automate this and if the $75 pays for itself. I haven’t used those plug ins before – do they SUPER automate it.
- A prospective foundation that is looking to work with us asked if there is a way for the return mailing address on the shipping labels to be the practitioner. Do you know if Shipstation allows this?
- Can we still route the payment to the practitioner’s client if we forego Shipstation?
- See attached for the logo examples. I think we are leaning towards the first example. Any way we can try this out on site before we finalize it?
- See attached for the ‘definition’ of Loma. Our designer can modify this to fit sit and customize with our logo, but are you able to put in the landscape picture of where the ocean is right now. What size do we need it to be for the home page of the site?
- I should have the product sheet over in the next day or so. My colleague is just finishing the pricing. We had to take this job off the admin’s plate as seems it was too challenging.
- I am still working on trying to get merchant services set up.
- We will likely need to make the site live but want to make sure before we do so there aren’t any comments or anything on there that will go in to SEO land. For example, if you type if PS11 it says it is a dispensary and that was because it was public on old site and then when made private it still lingered. Will that work? Otherwise, we can do the product designs, and then go live. Whatever is easiest.
- I am checking to see if we can do Stripe as some of my colleagues are saying as long as not making disclaimers about healing folks and having the name homeopathy in the products, they have had no issues using them. if we can, that will make everything a lot easier.
