To maintain the highest standards of safety and purity for all our clients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any homeopathic remedies, gemmotherapy, cell salts, or topical applications. Once a product has left our facility, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions or chemical integrity. Therefore, all sales are final.
Order Accuracy
We take great care in preparing your order. If you receive an item that does not match your invoice or if there was an error on our part during fulfillment, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. In these specific instances, we will provide a replacement for the correct item at no additional cost to you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at info@lomacollective.org. We ask that you provide a photo of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist you with a replacement as soon as possible.
